Ahmet Rauf MOLLAOĞLU

Chairman of the Board

Ahmet Rauf MOLLAOĞLU completed his secondary education at Karabük TED College in 1977 and his higher education in 1981, graduating from the Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences. He began his professional life in 1984 trading steel in İskenderun and remained active in the commercial side of the iron and steel industry until 2004. Appointed Chairman of the Board of BMS Birleşik Metal San. Tic. A.Ş. in 1999, he took office as Chairman of the Board of BMS Çelik Hasır San. Tic. A.Ş. in 2004, the year he moved from trading into manufacturing. Having pioneered BMS Group's entry into manufacturing, he has held a range of positions in non-governmental organisations throughout his career. In the İskenderun region he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Dörtyol Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of the Board of the Police Assistance Foundation and Chairman of the Board of the Steel Merchants Association; in later years, in İstanbul, he continued as a Founding Member of the Steel Foreign Trade Association and Chairman of the 16th Professional Committee of the Kocaeli Chamber of Industry. He is married with two children.

Emre MOLLAOĞLU

Deputy Chairman of the Board

Born in İskenderun in 1988, Emre MOLLAOĞLU completed primary school in İskenderun and his secondary and high school education in İstanbul. After studying Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Bahçeşehir University in İstanbul, he graduated from the University of Wales with a degree in Business and Management. In the United Kingdom he took language courses at St Clare's, Oxford, along with training in business law and commercial contracts and in effective, trial-balance-based management. Between 2011 and 2021 he served as Deputy General Manager for Plant Administrative and Financial Affairs at BMS Group companies, working hands-on in the purchasing, procurement, production and logistics departments throughout his tenure. Appointed Deputy General Manager responsible for Financial Affairs in 2022, he has continued as Deputy Chairman of the Board since 2023. He is a congress member of Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club and has trained in acting at the Müjdat Gezen Art Center, as well as in basketball, rowing, tennis and boxing. He is married with one child.

Alper MÜFTÜOĞLU

Board Member

He graduated from Trabzon Anatolian High School in 1993 and from Oxford Brookes University, Department of Business and Management, in 1999. He began his professional career in 1999 at Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş. (TEB) in corporate banking, where he held roles in corporate branch sales and portfolio management.

Between 2007 and 2023, he served in various management positions at TEB's subsidiary TEB Leasing / BNP Paribas Finansal Kiralama A.Ş., holding key responsibilities including leasing coordination, sales management and membership of the credit committee.
In 2023, he served as Group CFO and General Coordinator at Türkerler Holding and Van Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş., taking an active role in financial strategy, risk management, financing and investment decision-making processes.

Most recently, Müftüoğlu served as General Coordinator at KFZ Group's Büyük Filo A.Ş., where he was responsible for strengthening the company's financial and operational structure, as well as for efficiency and strategic management. A member of the Trabzonspor Board of Trustees (Divan Kurulu), Müftüoğlu previously served as a Board Member of Trabzonspor Basketball. He is married with two children.

Necati ÖZSOY

Independent Board Member

Born in Afyon in 1940, Necati ÖZSOY completed his primary education in Afyon and his high school education at the Ankara Finance Vocational School, before graduating from the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences of Gazi University in 1966. A prominent figure in the iron and steel industry, he served as Branch Chief at the General Directorate of Revenues of the Ministry of Finance between 1959 and 1966, and as Head of the Sales Department of the General Directorate of Turkish Iron and Steel Works between 1968 and 1984. From 1984 to 2008 he held the office of Deputy Chairman of the Board at Diler Holding A.Ş., Diler Demir Çelik Endüstri ve Ticaret A.Ş., Yazıcı Demir Çelik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. and Diler Dış Ticaret A.Ş. He was Chairman of the Board of Diler Investment Bank from 1998 to 2008, Deputy Chairman and subsequently Chairman of the Board of Asil Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. from 2001 to 2008, and an Independent Board Member of Kardemir Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. from 2013 to 2017. He joined Mimsan İnşaat ve Montaj Sanayi A.Ş. in 1986 and continues to serve there as Chairman of the Board.

Tuğçe Şık KESKİNTÜRK

Independent Board Member

A 2016 graduate of the Faculty of Law of Bahçeşehir University, KESKİNTÜRK worked as legal counsel at GlaxoSmithKline in London between 2019 and 2021, at McLaren Automotive Ltd. (London) in 2021 and at OpenText UK Ltd. in 2022. Since 2022 she has been with Hill Dickinson LLP in London, advising on general corporate law and the drafting of commercial contracts — particularly sales agreements, distributorship agreements, franchise agreements and licensing agreements — as well as on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, share transfers and asset purchases, competition law and regulatory compliance, financial institutions, capital markets and engagement with regulators, and IPO investments on the London Stock Exchange. She speaks English and Spanish, and is married with one child.
