Founded in 1971 in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone, our factory has been producing iron-steel and wire mesh products since 2004 and continues its way under the name of BMS ÇELİK HASIR SAN. VE TİCARET A.Ş.

BMS Wire Mesh offers a wide range of products in its production facilities with TSE and ISO certificates. We provide high quality solutions to the construction industry with our products such as ribbed and flat rebar, ribbed coil, construction nails and construction wire. Our History

Over 40 years of strong history

1971
First Wire Mesh Production Plant

The main production factory of BMS Çelik Hasır was established in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone and started operations as Turkey's first steel wire mesh production facility.

1984
The Beginning of Iron and Steel Trade

The company's journey in the sector began with iron and steel trade in Iskenderun.

1999
Establishment of BMS Birleşik Metal Sanayi

In order to expand its trade volume and become a bigger player in the sector, BMS Birleşik Metal San. ve Tic. A.Ş. was established.

2004
Acquisition of Production Facility

By taking over the steel mesh factory established in Manisa in 1971, production activities were started and industrialization was started.

In addition to the 4 production lines in the Manisa production facility, the Gebze production facility was opened (2 lines) to meet the increasing demands.

2021
Opening up to Borsa Istanbul

In 2021, BMS Wire Mesh started to be traded on Borsa Istanbul under the code BMSCH.

2022
Sustainability and SPP Investments

Work has started to put the climate action plan into action.

A portion of the electricity needs of the Manisa production facility has started to be met by the rooftop SPP (Solar Energy System).

First sustainability report published.

2023
International Certificates and New Investments

CARES certification paved the way for exports to the UK.

Research has been initiated for land SPP investments.

Construction work continued on two separate production facility investments in İzmir Aliağa and Yalova OIZs.
